You may have heard about the Morgan Hill vs. the California Department of Education (CDE) lawsuit currently pending in the news. Courts have asked the CDE to release student information to the courts and the plaintiffs with an expectation of confidential use.
Parents may file a form to secure their student's information. Information may be found at www.gusd.net under "Announcements." The link http://www.cde.ca.gov/morganhillcase will take you to the official website with information regarding the Morgan Hill vs. the California Department of Education as well as an objection form in English and Spanish.This objection form must be submitted to the Court by April 1, 2016.
